"I’ve been dealing with this agency specifically for about 7 years now. I’m not sure what the hell is going on over there, but in the last couple of years, things have significantly gone downhill. You can’t ask them to do anything for you without checking in at least 3-4 times anymore. They’ll call you repeatedly about the same questions like no one can communicate or do their job. The only reason I stay is because for whatever reason, I can’t get insurance cheaper. Please, do better."
